Mini Pink Cupcakes w/Rainbow Sprinkles

I hadn't baked cupcakes in over a month. I felt cupcake time was way overdue this weekend, so I baked seven dozen mini cakes to share with some family & friends who came over yesterday. They're miniature yellow cupcakes with strawberry frosting and rainbow sprinkles.
