Yuzu Eats: Pizza Crêpe

I had lunch with my sister today at EuroStation Waffles. They serve a variety of waffles and sweet or savory crêpes. My sister ordered a sweet strawberry chocolate crêpe, and I opted for the savory with a pizza crêpe.

This crêpe had a whole lot of mozzarella in it. Not that it's a bad thing to have a lot of mozzarella, but it made me feel a bit full. And I don't normally feel sated after eating a crêpe. The edges of our crêpes were nice 'n' crispy...perfect. Just the way I like my crêpes!
