Tea Party Sandwiches

I put my hands to good use today as I made a whole bunch of finger sandwiches for a tea party that my friend's daughter threw for her friends in her backyard. Since the food was being eaten by kids in the 8-year-old range, a simplified menu of tuna sandwiches, ham & cheese sandwiches and PB&Js is all that was needed.

I started feeling awful when I woke up this morning, and the flu bug has been going around, so...I have a feeling my accrued sick time at the office is going to come in quite handy this week.
